Provided that you check the box “I agree to the management of personal data”, as a data subject you give consent to the management of your personal data, to the following extent:
Scope of personal data processing:
As a data subject, I provide my personal data through my CV, questionnaire or in another way (e.g. by filling out an electronic form).
The administrator is authorized to process my following personal data:
first name, last name and title,
date of birth and nationality,
address of permanent residence and address of temporary residence (if any),
achieved education and experience,
acquired experience (information about previous employers, positions I worked at, length of employment),
information about which activities I am authorized to perform (VZV license, welding license, etc.)
phone number and email address,
the other data I provided in the questionnaire, or in your resume, such as photos
(hereinafter referred to as “personal data”).
Purpose of personal data processing:
Searching and offering various job opportunities intended for the data subject, consisting mainly of:
employment mediation with potential employers in the form of employment mediation for payment (i.e. employment directly in the primary state of the potential employer);
arranging employment with potential employers in the form of temporary assignment;
employment mediation with potential employers in the form of seasonal work and brigades
Personal data manager:
Manuvia, a. s. with registered office: Plynárenská 7/A, Bratislava – Ružinov district 821 09, Slovak Republic, ID number: 44 400 926 doing business in the territory of the Czech Republic through Manuvia, a. s., organizational unit, with registered office: Na Jízdarně 2767/21a, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic, ID: 01734920, as the main administrator, and other active companies that are part of the Manuvia group, as secondary administrators, the exact list of which is given in the “Information for the data subject who is a job seeker” in the paragraph marked as “Administrator Identity”. The main administrator and the secondary administrators together form the Joint Administrators within the meaning of Article 26 of the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/ 46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

The right to withdraw consent at any time:
You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data based on consent before its withdrawal.

You can also withdraw your consent in the form of an e-mail message addressed to our company e-mail address: info@manuvia.com. In the e-mail message you must include your identification information so that we know who is interested in withdrawing their consent, and at the same time in the message you must include text indicating that you are interested in withdrawing your consent to the processing of personal data (e.g. “I , Josef Mrkvička, born 32/12/1898, I revoke my consent to the processing of personal data that I gave to your company.”).
You can also withdraw your consent by mail sent to the address of our company’s headquarters, i.e. Na Jízdárně 2767/21a, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic. In the letter, you must clearly state your identification data (name, surname, date of birth) so that we know who is interested in withdrawing their consent, and at the same time, you must state in the letter a text indicating that you are interested in withdrawing your consent to the processing of personal data ( e.g. “I, Josef Mrkvička, born 32/12/1898, revoke my consent to the processing of personal data that I gave to your company.”). It is also advisable to sign the appeal in person.
You can also revoke your consent in person, at any branch of our company, or through our call center (contact details of the call center, as well as the list and addresses of branches, are not available on our website https://manuvia.cz/).
Our company, as a data subject, may contact you (e.g. by phone) after the withdrawal of consent has been delivered (mainly in the case of withdrawal of consent via an e-mail message or by filling in an electronic form) in order to check that the withdrawal of consent was created and carried out by your person.
